BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, OR USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT DOWNLOAD, INSTALL, OR USE THE SOFTWARE.

The Licensor hereby grants You a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and limited right to install and use the Software on a single device strictly in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. This license is for your personal use only and does not transfer ownership of the Software to You.

You agree not to, and You shall not permit others to, directly or indirectly:

All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, patents, trademarks, and trade secrets, in and to the Software and any accompanying documentation are and shall remain the sole and exclusive property of the Licensor. The Licensee is only granted a limited license to use the Software as expressly provided in this Agreement.

Any data collected or used while accessing the Software or the Livestock Kenya domain will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on the website. The Licensee acknowledges that the Software or associated documentation may contain confidential and proprietary information of the Licensor, which the Licensee agrees to keep confidential.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED TO YOU "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITH ALL FAULTS AND DEFECTS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE KENYAN LAW, THE LICENSOR EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee that the Software will meet your requirements or operate without interruption or error.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE KENYAN LAW, IN NO event shall the Licensor or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, that result from the use or inability to use the Software. The Licensor's total aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be limited to the amount You paid for the Software, if any.

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically and without notice from the Licensor if You fail to comply with any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Upon termination, You must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies, full or partial, of the Software and accompanying documentation.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be settled in the courts of Kenya.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between You and the Licensor regarding Your use of the Software and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous written or oral agreements between You and the Licensor.
